About the position

The Kitchen Sales and Design Specialist at Cabinets To Go is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting clients in selecting and designing kitchen and bath products. This role involves educating customers on product features, creating aesthetically pleasing designs, and overseeing installation projects to ensure customer satisfaction. The position offers a competitive hourly wage plus commission, with significant earning potential based on sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledge of kitchens, bathrooms, closets, and complementary items such as flooring, hardware, or countertops in a friendly customer-oriented environment.
• Educate customers on specific product features, comparisons, and pricing.
• Identify customer needs and preferences to create designs that are aesthetically pleasing and within specifications.
• Create concise work orders and coordinate installations, overseeing client projects to completion.
• Work with the store manager to set personal sales goals and lead generation.
• Keep up to date with knowledge of products in the catalog.
• Excel in customer service while presenting a friendly, positive attitude.
• Fulfill basic store maintenance duties.
• Assist in loading or offloading of product.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in sales and lead generation.
