Responsibilities

• Prep fresh and delicious food
• Work with a team to hand craft every item from scratch
• Assist co-workers in other tasks or positions
• Follow direction from Management and provide direction to Back-of-House (BOH) Team
• Communicate operational concerns with Management and co-workers

Requirements

• Previous kitchen experience preferred (We train!)
• Knowledge of all aspects in the restaurant industry
• Ability to quickly make and execute decisions regarding food quality and quantity
• Ability to read and write in English
• Ability to clearly communicate operational concerns (Bi-lingual Spanish a plus)
• Reliable transportation to arrive to work on time
• High-level of concentration and attention to detail for extended periods of time
