About the position
We are looking for Kitchen Team Members to join our Rubio's Team! At Rubio's, you become a part of a family that's been together for over 40 years. Responsibilities
- Prep fresh and delicious food
- Work with a team to hand craft every item from scratch
- Assist co-workers in other tasks or positions
Requirements
- Previous kitchen experience preferred (We train!)
- Knowledge of all aspects in the restaurant industry
- Ability to quickly make and execute decisions regarding food quality and quantity
- Ability to read and write in English
- Ability to clearly communicate operational concerns with Management and co-workers
- Ability to follow direction from Management
- Must have reliable transportation to arrive to work on time
- Requires a high-level of concentration and attention to detail for extended periods of time
Nice-to-haves
- Bi-lingual Spanish a plus
