About the position

The Account Executive at CloudKitchens is responsible for building relationships with prospective customers in the restaurant industry, helping them grow their business through delivery-optimized kitchen solutions. This role involves managing the full sales cycle, from outbound calls to closing deals, while exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) and nurturing prospects throughout the sales process. Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor by building relationships with prospective customers.
  • Own the full-cycle sales process from outbound calls to closing deals.
  • Nurture prospects by following up throughout the sales cycle to address their needs and concerns.
  • Meet and exceed KPI expectations by making a minimum of 60-80 outbound calls and sending 15 emails per day to restaurant owners.
  • Grow your career by becoming an expert in sales principles, processes, and practices.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of full-cycle sales experience in a direct quota-carrying role.
  • Exceptional consultative selling skills and closing abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both in person and on the phone.
  • Goal-oriented with a sharp focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to success in sales.
