About the position

The Garrett Group is currently seeking a Knowledge Analyst / Records Manager for an upcoming contract to undertake critical responsibilities at the Joint Center for Electromagnetic Readiness (JCER). In this role, you will primarily focus on conducting routine assessments of service deployment certification events and mandatory prerequisite training crucial for deployments in support of Combatant Commands (CCMDs). JCER conducts thorough evaluations of venues, events, and units while adhering to established standards such as the Universal Joint Tasks (UJTs) and the EMOE Characterization Framework. This position requires a keen understanding of military operations and the ability to analyze and manage records effectively to ensure compliance with various regulations and standards. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and providing insights that support decision-making processes within the organization. Your role will also involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that all training and certification requirements are met, thereby enhancing the operational readiness of the units involved.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine assessments of service deployment certification events.
