About the position

The Knowledge Analyst / Records Manager will support the Joint Center for Electromagnetic Readiness (JCER) at Nellis AFB, NV, focusing on developing superior electromagnetic capabilities and ensuring effective governance of the Electromagnetic Spectrum (EMS). This role involves creating and maintaining the organization's official records management program, ensuring compliance with federal regulations, and collaborating with various teams to enhance knowledge management practices.

Responsibilities

• Creating, maintaining, and preserving the organization's official record management program.
• Identifying and maintaining essential records reflecting the organization's functions, policies, procedures, and operations.
• Assisting and collaborating with software developers, information managers, data managers, and knowledge managers to ensure the success of the knowledge management program.
• Ensuring organizational records are protected from mutilation, alienation, or unauthorized disposition.

Requirements

• 5+ years of demonstrated relevant experience in records management.
• Experience creating and maintaining a records management program, including retaining records until eligible for destruction.
• Experience managing a records management program at multiple classification levels, developing policies, and ensuring compliance with federal statutes and regulations.
• Active Top Secret clearance.
