About the position

The Knowledge Analyst / Records Manager at Solutions Through Innovative Technologies, Inc. (STI-TEC) plays a crucial role in supporting the Joint Center for Electromagnetic Readiness (JCER) by managing the organization's official record management program. This position involves ensuring compliance with federal regulations, protecting organizational records, and collaborating with various teams to enhance the knowledge management program. The role is essential for maintaining the integrity and accessibility of critical information related to electromagnetic spectrum operations.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and preserve the organization's official record management program.
• Identify and maintain essential records reflecting the organization's functions, policies, and operations.
• Assist software developers and information managers to ensure the success of the knowledge management program.
• Manage a records management program at multiple classification levels, developing policies and ensuring compliance with federal statutes.
• Provide guidance for records collection and retention in mobilization planning and crisis action procedures.
• Ensure organizational records are protected from unauthorized disposition and environmental dangers.
• Guide record keeping requirements for automated information systems during development and prior to implementation.

Requirements

• At least five (5) years of demonstrated relevant experience.
• United States citizen with TS security clearance and eligibility for SCI, SAP, and SAR accesses.
