About the position

S4 Inc. is seeking a mid-level Knowledge Analyst to support the Joint Center for Electromagnetic Readiness (JCER) at Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada. The role focuses on developing and maintaining effective electromagnetic capabilities and ensuring total force EMS readiness through data management and standardization of unit products.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the development and maintenance of a shared drive file structure plan.
• Assist in the standardization of unit products such as PowerPoint templates and unit memorandums.
• Maintain website content and evaluate data standards and data collection processes.
• Develop and maintain a process for unit records keeping.

Requirements

• Five years of experience reviewing documents for proper classification.
• Ability to support data collection during exercise planning, evaluation, execution, and analysis.
• Ability to develop standardization recommendations and procedures for web developers, information providers, and knowledge facilitators.
• Ability to assist with the development, maintenance, and standardization of JCER file naming conventions, templates, and various document types.
• Current active Top Secret+ security clearance.
• HS Diploma/GED or Bachelor's in English is desired.
