About the position

As a Manager in the Cybersecurity, Privacy, and Forensics team at PwC, you will play a crucial role in addressing clients' critical business and data protection challenges. This position involves leading strategic programs, data analytics, and technical implementation activities to enhance cyber resiliency. You will work closely with clients to manage electronic data and navigate legal processes, ensuring effective governance controls are in place to mitigate information risks and maximize the use of information assets. Your leadership will be essential in fostering an inclusive environment and developing team members' skills while delivering high-quality solutions to complex business issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects related to Data Governance strategy and implementation.
• Develop and assess data governance architecture and practices.
• Manage teams implementing Data Governance tools in complex business environments.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Coach team members and encourage their professional development.
• Analyze complex ideas and develop meaningful recommendations.
• Address sub-standard work and ensure quality standards are met.
• Manage project planning, budget, and successful completion of work streams.
• Collaborate with business development teams to write and present proposals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Cybersecurity, Privacy, or Data Governance.
• Experience managing projects and leading teams in a complex environment.
• Knowledge of data governance frameworks and enterprise platforms (e.g., Collibra, Alation).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-haves

• EDM Council DCAM Certified Assessor certification.
• Data Governance & Stewardship Professional (DGSP) certification.
• DAMA Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) certification.
• Experience with knowledge graph-based solutions and RDF compliant technologies.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
