About the position

The Knowledge Graph / Data Engineering Manager at PwC will lead a team focused on solving complex business and data protection challenges through strategic programs and data analytics. This role involves managing data governance projects, implementing governance controls, and ensuring effective information management practices. The manager will also be responsible for developing knowledge graph-based solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage data governance projects, defining strategy and roadmap, operating model, policies/standards, and tool design.
• Develop and implement knowledge graph-based solutions using RDF compliant graph technology and ETL solutions.
• Capture architecture requirements and design scalable knowledge graph infrastructures.
• Ensure data governance and implement data management best practices in the knowledge graph environment.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects.
• Manage business development opportunities and engagements from pre-sale to final delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data governance and management.
• Experience with data governance frameworks and enterprise platforms such as Collibra or Informatica.
• Strong knowledge of RDF, OWL standards, and knowledge graph technologies.
• Proficiency in data analysis and enterprise metadata management.

Nice-to-haves

• EDM Council DCAM Certified Assessor certification.
• Data Governance & Stewardship Professional (DGSP) certification.
• DAMA Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) certification.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with machine learning and natural language processing techniques.
