About the position

The Knowledge Graph / Data Engineering Manager role at PwC involves leading a team to address complex business challenges related to data governance and management. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage data governance projects, defining strategy and roadmap, operating model, policies/standards, and tool design.
• Develop and implement data governance strategies and practices in an enterprise setting.
• Analyze complex ideas or proposals and build meaningful recommendations.
• Coach team members and encourage ownership of their development.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders, managing a variety of viewpoints to create positive outcomes.
• Ensure successful project delivery, including planning, budget management, and engagement administration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in knowledge graph technology.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data governance or related areas.
• Proven record of managing projects related to data governance strategy and technology implementation.
• Experience with data governance enterprise platforms such as Collibra, Alation, or Informatica.
• Knowledge of RDF and OWL standards for modeling and representing knowledge.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-haves

• EDM Council DCAM Certified Assessor certification.
• Data Governance & Stewardship Professional (DGSP) certification.
• DAMA Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) certification.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with machine learning and natural language processing techniques.
