About the position

The Knowledge Graph / Data Engineering Manager at PwC will lead a team focused on solving complex business and data protection challenges. This role involves driving strategic programs, data analytics, and technical implementation activities within the Cybersecurity, Privacy, and Forensics domain. The manager will work closely with clients to enhance their information governance capabilities, ensuring effective management of electronic data and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Data Governance projects, defining strategy, operating models, and tool design.
• Develop and implement data governance strategies and practices in an enterprise setting.
• Analyze complex ideas and build meaningful recommendations for clients.
• Coach team members and encourage their professional development.
• Manage project planning, budget, and successful completion of engagement work streams.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure data governance best practices are implemented in knowledge graph environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects successfully.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data governance or related areas.
• Experience with data governance frameworks and enterprise platforms like Collibra or Informatica.
• Strong knowledge of RDF, OWL standards, and knowledge graph technologies.
• Proven ability to manage teams and lead projects effectively.

Nice-to-haves

• EDM Council DCAM Certified Assessor certification.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with machine learning and natural language processing techniques.
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Python or Java.
