About the position

The Knowledge Management Analyst position at Leidos involves supporting the DISA GSM-O II Task Number 07, focusing on network operations and cyber defense for the Defense Information Systems Agency. The role requires translating operational requirements into technical solutions, implementing knowledge management across various domains, and maintaining the knowledge management environment to enhance operational capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of Knowledge Management in the directorates across all domains.
  • Translate operational requirements into logical and integrated technical solutions.
  • Advise staff members on methodologies to accomplish tasks and missions.
  • Design, document, and orchestrate doctrinally sound processes to support operational mission requirements.
  • Provide technical expertise in communications, time management, quality assurance, and risk management.
  • Establish a Change Request schedule and ensure priorities meet overall improvement goals.
  • Implement change management and track policy and procedures updates.
  • Develop and implement Program and Project Management Plans.
  • Sustain and maintain the JFHQ-DODIN knowledge management environments and implement enhancements.
  • Support adhoc requests that are time sensitive and mission critical.
  • Facilitate and capture minutes for battle rhythm events.
  • Support Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests and Records Management efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with 8+ years of relevant experience or a master's degree with 6-10 years of relevant experience.
  • Active DoD TS/SCI clearance and eligibility for C/I Polygraph.
  • Experience at Joint Command and/or Operations Center.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of policy development and maintenance.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of key network monitoring protocols.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with DISA and DoD Networks.
  • Demonstrated experience briefing Senior Executive Service (SES) and General Officer/Flag Officer (GO/FO) leadership.
