About the position

The Knowledge Management Librarian/Custodian will support the Legal Operations team by maintaining the integrity and accessibility of knowledge assets within the organization. This role involves implementing a comprehensive knowledge management strategy, ensuring libraries are current and well-organized, and leveraging technology to enhance knowledge management processes. The successful candidate will also assist with eDiscovery efforts and provide training on knowledge management tools and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of a comprehensive knowledge management strategy that aligns with organizational goals.
• Help ensure that all libraries are up-to-date, well-organized, and easily accessible to all employees.
• Regularly review and update content to maintain relevance and accuracy, following standard work practices.
• Support the identification and implementation of advanced technologies to enhance knowledge management processes.
• Work closely with various departments to understand their knowledge needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Assist in eDiscovery efforts, including review of current program and analysis of potential alternative solutions.
• Help develop and implement standard work related to knowledge management, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and legal requirements.
• Provide training and support to employees on knowledge management tools and best practices.
• Regularly assess the effectiveness of the knowledge management program and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Knowledge Management, Digital Librarian, or a related field.
• Experience in knowledge management, library management, or a similar role.
• Understanding of knowledge management principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in using knowledge management tools and technologies.
• Experience with Legal Operations and eDiscovery processes and tools is a plus.
