About the position

The Knowledge Management & Learning Analyst at IFC will support the Credit Knowledge & Learning Team (CIRCT) in enhancing the investment culture and quality by developing and disseminating knowledge products and learning programs for investment staff. This role involves managing learning programs, upgrading materials, and ensuring effective knowledge transfer through various modalities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full program cycle for face-to-face learning programs, including participant management and logistics.
  • Upgrade existing learning materials using best practices in instructional design and technology.
  • Organize content and apply storytelling and graphic design to knowledge products.
  • Support the design of new learning formats, including online and self-paced learning.
  • Provide online production support during global dialogues and virtual events.
  • Evaluate technology usage and manage collaboration spaces in Teams.
  • Manage the Credit online presence, including content development and website metrics tracking.
  • Engage with KML communities and external networks on innovative knowledge and learning approaches.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 2-3 years of relevant experience in instructional design and technology for learning.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of learning programs and experience in organizing trainings.
  • Advanced understanding of Co-Pilot applications within the WBG license.
  • Experience with collaboration platforms like MS Teams, Zoom, and Webex.
  • Experience in designing learning products for desktop and mobile use.
  • Portfolio of video products demonstrating knowledge transfer design.
  • Experience with graphic design software such as Canva and Adobe Suite.
  • Ability to work effectively with teams and manage priorities independently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with sound business judgment.
  • Capacity to manage private information with integrity.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Kaltura, Imovie, Camtasia, Articulate, or similar tools.
  • Experience in data visualization.
