About the position

The Knowledge Management Subject Matter Expert (SME) position at Leidos provides dedicated support to the DISA J3/5/7 SES Executive Suite. The role involves overseeing knowledge management efforts, developing strategies for public presentation of these efforts, and advising senior leadership on information management and technology initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide an in-depth knowledge and understanding of knowledge management practices.
• Develop and design public-facing web pages using SharePoint Online with effective Graphic User Interfaces.
• Maintain, review, and update workflows on SharePoint and MS365 applications to enhance KM management.
• Advise Senior Leadership on the orchestration of KM to enable decision-making and operations.
• Support strategic messaging for command-wide announcements.
• Develop and implement effective content management practices.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI Security Clearance.
• Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of prior IT experience, or equivalent work experience or Cyber certifications.
• Experience with MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Intimate knowledge of SharePoint Online, including content lists and web parts.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, jQuery, SQL, and Angular 6.

Nice-to-haves

• Currently possess DoD 8570 / 8140 certification at IAT Level II.
• SharePoint MCITO, MCSE, MCSD, or MSM Certification.
• Experience with Visual Studio 2015.
• ITIL V3 or V4 certification.
• Experience briefing senior leaders.
