About the position

The Knowledge Manager position at Torch Technologies involves supporting the Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management Division (C3BM) in delivering an integrated Department of the Air Force Battle Network. The role focuses on enhancing decision-making capabilities for the USAF, USSF, Joint, and Coalition Forces through effective knowledge management practices, program acquisition support, and the development of training and resources.

Responsibilities

• Find, map, gather, and filter information to support knowledge development.
• Convert personal knowledge into shared knowledge and shape understanding and learning.
• Support cost and schedule reduction activities for acquisition and development efforts.
• Provide program level acquisition support to the Program Manager and Integrated Product Team Leads.
• Facilitate successful contract execution for the program and analyze overall program health.
• Develop various briefings and schedules of program status and acquisition tasks for senior management.
• Provide expert Program Management inputs to Request for Proposal (RFPs) and review acquisition documents for consistency and accuracy.

Requirements

• Must have and be able to maintain a Top Secret/SCI level clearance.
• High-school diploma or equivalent required.
• 7+ years of directly related experience, with five years in the DoD.
• Familiarity with cloud-based systems and management of cost and performance.
• Knowledge of agile methods, CI/CD, DevSecOps, and DevOps principles.
• Comprehensive knowledge of systems acquisition and program management principles as defined in DoDI 5000.02 and 5000.75.
• Ability to gather, analyze, and measure the effectiveness of acquisition programs.
• Strong oral and written communication skills for quality acquisition documentation.
