SOSi is seeking a highly qualified Knowledge Manager who will play a crucial role in aligning processes and technology to facilitate effective information sharing among analysts and organizations for analytic production. This position involves utilizing both centralized and peripheral databases, as well as content and records management systems, to shape workflows and processes that enhance the efficiency of knowledge management capabilities. The Knowledge Manager will compile comprehensive reports on performance metrics, usage statistics, and future requirements related to search, discovery, storage, and retrieval of data, as well as formal production and taskings. Additionally, the role includes disseminating intelligence products across various networks and portals, ensuring that critical information reaches the appropriate stakeholders in a timely manner. The Knowledge Manager will deliver expertise in intelligence production, particularly in support of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) and Joint Staff planning, with a primary focus on transnational terrorism. This includes reviewing DIA regional terrorism functional support plans to identify tasking, requirements, and gaps between transnational and regional lines of effort. The individual will demonstrate proficiency in military matrix-planning techniques, mission analysis, and resource analytics, utilizing DoD Joint Publications as a foundation for providing outcome measurement and evaluation. Furthermore, the Knowledge Manager will support the coordination and consolidation of divisional inputs for the review and update of the Quarterly Defense Intelligence Analysis Program Workforce Alignment and Quarterly Defense Readiness Reporting System Assessments. They will also assist in managing National Intelligence Manager for Counterterrorism (NIM-CT) analytic and collections requirements, structuring reviews to include enterprise-wide coordination and development of data-driven studies that aid in decision-making regarding CT intelligence support to future investments, policy, and operations. The role requires the ability to conduct systems and resource analysis, lead teams in addressing complex problems, and provide guidance in selecting and applying appropriate analytic methodologies. Familiarity with the overarching DIA structure, including various directorates and service intelligence architectures, is essential for success in this position.
