About the position

The Senior Knowledge Manager at Raven Technologies, LLC is responsible for enhancing information sharing among analysts and organizations to support analytic production. This role involves aligning processes and technology, managing knowledge management capabilities, and disseminating intelligence products across various networks. The position requires a deep understanding of mission requirements and the ability to conduct rigorous assessments to improve analytic operations.

Responsibilities

  • Align processes and technology to enable information sharing by analysts and organizations for analytic production.
  • Utilize centralized and peripheral databases, content management, and records management systems to shape workflows and processes.
  • Compile reports on performance and usage metrics and future requirements for existing knowledge management capabilities.
  • Disseminate intelligence products across separate networks and portals.

Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of activities required to meet mission requirements.
  • Mastery of developments in academia or other fields affecting tradecraft methodology.
  • Ability to define comprehensive, new, or unique research approaches for rigorous assessments.
  • In-depth analysis of analytic operations and knowledge management issues across organizational boundaries.
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal oversight.
  • Ability to review analytic products for cogent arguments and tradecraft standards.

Nice-to-haves

  • Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category, with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
  • Master's degree in a related area or a Bachelor's degree with an additional 5 years of related senior experience.
