About the position

The Senior Knowledge Manager (SharePoint) is responsible for managing and synthesizing information within the intelligence community, utilizing SharePoint and other tools to enhance knowledge management strategies. This role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to communicate complex issues clearly, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. The position involves both independent work and collaboration with other intelligence community members to drive information sharing and resolve analytic disputes.

Responsibilities

  • Use logic and systematic approaches to gather, evaluate, and synthesize multiple sources of information.
  • Work semi-independently with oversight and direction.
  • Interpret analysis, including its meaning, importance, and implications.
  • Defend analytic judgments with sound, logical conclusions and adapt them when new information arises.
  • Produce timely, logical, and concise analytic reports and documents using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Develop structured research to maintain information within security and data protocols.
  • Recognize nuances and resolve contradictions in information.
  • Lead teams in researching multifaceted or critical problems.
  • Apply IC and DoD classification guidelines and procedures.
  • Communicate understanding from complex and indirect information.
  • Structure analysis based on trends in reporting and various analytic perspectives.
  • Provide guidance in selecting and applying analytic methodologies.
  • Align processes and technology for information sharing among analysts and organizations.
  • Perform administrative SharePoint duties, including site development and maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with SharePoint users and manage access controls.
  • Develop web applications using programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and C#/VB.NET.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and eight (8) years of relevant experience, with some experience within the last two (2) years.
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance and willingness to sit for a polygraph if needed.

Nice-to-haves

  • Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with some experience within the last 2 years.
  • Master's degree in a related area from an accredited college or university.
