Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design, development, and implementation of Knowledge Management strategies.
  • Apply expertise in KM tools and deploy information management and content management strategies.
  • Comprehend and recognize key barriers to KM behavioral change and develop effective change management programs.
  • Analyze business processes, interview stakeholders, and evaluate strategic and IT plans to develop KM programs.
  • Develop KM governance structures and processes for implementing KM programs and systems.
  • Provide consulting thought leadership on current best practices in KM, portal design, and intellectual capital and content management.
  • Foster and manage client relationships that enable the successful implementation of KM strategies, best practices, and applicable efforts.
  • Lead a diverse team of analysts and consultants, including program project management oversight, coaching mentoring, and empowering them in their roles.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience developing and administering SharePoint sites.
  • Experience with Knowledge Management Strategy Design OR Learning Content Development.
  • Experience with Stakeholder Management.
  • Experience working with federal clients.
  • An active TS/SCI clearance is required.

  • DoD experience.
  • Great customer relationship management skills.
