Vickers and Nolan Enterprises (VNE) is seeking a highly skilled Knowledge Manager Sr Point to join our team at Fort Meade, MD. This position is integral to our mission of providing exceptional engineering support to government projects and programs, particularly within the Intelligence Community (IC). The Knowledge Manager will play a crucial role in aligning processes and technology to facilitate effective information sharing among analysts and organizations, thereby enhancing analytic production. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in centralized and peripheral databases, content management, and records management systems to shape workflows and processes that optimize knowledge management capabilities. In this role, the Knowledge Manager will be responsible for compiling reports on performance metrics and future requirements for existing knowledge management capabilities, including search, discovery, storage, and retrieval of data. The position also involves disseminating intelligence products across various networks and portals, ensuring that critical information is accessible to the right stakeholders. The Knowledge Manager will perform administrative duties related to Point, including the development and maintenance of Point sites, troubleshooting technical issues, and managing access controls to uphold operational security. Additionally, the role requires web application development skills, utilizing programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and C#/VB.NET to support the Knowledge Management Strategy and Dissemination Tool. The Knowledge Manager will be expected to communicate task requirements clearly to clients and lead teams in researching complex problems, providing guidance on analytic methodologies and ensuring the delivery of high-quality intelligence products. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of the labor category activities required to meet mission requirements and demonstrate the ability to work independently with minimal oversight. A TS/SCI clearance is required, and candidates must be able to obtain a CI Polygraph.
