About the position

SAIC is seeking a Knowledge Manager/Technical Writer to play a critical role in communicating policies and procedures for implementing Object Based Intelligence (OBI) within an SAIC Intelligence Customer division. This position involves maintaining and organizing data, processes, and knowledge regarding OBI governance and knowledge modeling, ensuring stakeholders have access to necessary resources. The role also includes contributing to governance documents, facilitating meetings, and ensuring compliance with production standards to advance national security objectives through effective intelligence analysis.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize data, processes, and knowledge regarding OBI governance and knowledge modeling.
• Contribute to the development of governance documents and tradecraft guidance.
• Facilitate meetings to ensure compliance with production standards.
• Ensure stakeholders across the division have access to necessary resources.
• Advance national security objectives through effective intelligence analysis.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
• Ability to obtain a Polygraph.
• A Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant experience in Knowledge Management and/or All-Source Analysis.
• Significant expertise in SharePoint.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Excel, Power BI).
• Familiarity with Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs) impacting all-source intelligence analysis.
• Familiarity with Object Based Intelligence concepts, including object management services and knowledge models.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with Agile Methodologies.
