About the position

The position involves supporting mobile device security for a Washington, DC-based federal customer, combining project management and service transition stewardship. The role requires strong communication skills and a focus on customer satisfaction, working closely with project managers and technical experts in IT.

Responsibilities

  • Support mobile device security initiatives for a federal customer.
  • Manage service transition processes and IT communications.
  • Develop training content and support processes for end users.
  • Create standard operating procedures for technical teams.
  • Generate knowledge content for both end users and technicians.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 5 years relevant experience.
  • Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust.
  • Ability to translate technical information for a non-technical audience.
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret business periodicals and technical procedures in mobile technology.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills across all organizational levels.
  • Excellent problem-solving, process focus, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly motivated and self-sufficient with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple teams.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills to track various projects and deployment schedules.
