About the position

The Knowledge Manager at LinQuest Corporation is responsible for establishing and maintaining a knowledge management system that fosters a culture of knowledge-sharing and collaboration across various programs. This role ensures that relevant knowledge is effectively disseminated and applied to business activities, while also capturing new insights and monitoring progress through engagement metrics. The Knowledge Manager provides coaching and support to promote a knowledge management culture, coordinates with stakeholders to align program needs with project goals, and offers technical advice to program managers. Additionally, the position involves quality assurance and metadata management of digital assets, ensuring compliance with directives and standards.

Responsibilities

  • Establishes and maintains knowledge management system for Tempo Group
  • Encourages a culture of knowledge-sharing and collaborative work flow among programs
  • Ensures that the right knowledge goes to the right people and that this information is promptly applied to business activities
  • Helps capture new knowledge using a knowledge management system
  • Monitors progress and learning processes by tracking engagement, project outcomes, and other metrics
  • Provides relevant coaching, training, and support to champion a knowledge management culture
  • Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to verify program needs are identified to meet project goals
  • Confers with program managers to provide technical advice and assist with problem resolution as needed
  • Ensures programs are properly coordinated and efficiently accomplished with the best available resources
  • Supports and advises Government program management on integration across the full spectrum of interfaces
  • Responsible for review, analysis, quality assurance, cataloging, and metadata management of holdings across the data lifecycle of digital assets
  • Provides quality control and quality assurance support for digital records and systems IAW DAF and DoD directives
  • Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills and an ability to translate ambiguity and incomplete information into insights and documentation
  • Creates a forum for following campaigns, communicating evaluated solutions, and standardizing documentation
  • Gathers, analyzes, and composes technical information regarding the systems and services

Requirements

  • 10+ years of general Knowledge Management experience
  • Extensive experience in knowledge management, technical writing, communities' management, records management, and curriculum development and requirements gathering
  • Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence
