About the position

The Knowledge Manager at The Arc Companies will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive knowledge management program. This role requires strong business acumen and advanced project management skills to manage cross-functional projects, enhance information technology infrastructure, and facilitate knowledge sharing across departments.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and evolve knowledge management and business data processes and tools.
  • Implement best practices of knowledge sharing across departments.
  • Capture and facilitate access to all types of content throughout the organization (digital and paper, private and public cloud).
  • Design and implement information management systems for organizing and analyzing significant amounts of investment and other data.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in the area of Knowledge Management.
  • Develop an enterprise-wide records management approach, including establishing timelines and strategic plans for implementation and training.
  • Participate in the planning, analysis, testing, integration, documentation, and deployment of new content management practices.
  • Maintain and evolve the organization’s use of MS SharePoint.
  • Maintain and evolve investment information in the company’s CRM systems.
  • Perform day to day process administration.
  • Audit process compliance on a periodic basis.
  • Research wide-ranging issues utilizing a variety of online information sources.
  • Liaise with Managed Service Provider (MSP) to manage company IT.

Requirements

  • Data science, library science, information systems, information technology, or similar certification or degree.
  • 3+ years of directly relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of KM tools and systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Knowledge of CRM and workflow management systems, e.g., Affinity, DealCloud, Asana, Monday.com, Notion or Zapier.
  • Knowledge of document management systems such as Worldox, NetDocs, iManage, Egnyte, or Docuware is a plus.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Excel and other Microsoft Office apps.

  • Experience with data analytics.
  • Familiarity with investment data management.
