About the position

DarkStar Intelligence is seeking a Knowledge Manager to support a federal government client in Bethesda, MD. This position is a regular, full-time role that requires a Top Secret/SCI security clearance with a Counterintelligence Polygraph. The Knowledge Manager will be responsible for developing, managing, updating, and maintaining Knowledge Management (KM) systems, including SharePoint sites, databases, and internal websites. These systems will serve as repositories for storing, sharing, and utilizing data effectively. The Knowledge Manager will assist the government by advising on the best utilization of KM tools to enhance information sharing across various domains, including analysis, assessments, legislative materials, policies, strategies, budget materials, and IT information. Training system users, which may include Intelligence Community (IC) partners, is a key responsibility, along with providing user guides as needed. The role also involves integrating information with other databases and utilizing automated tools and visualizations to facilitate user access and analysis of information holdings. Additionally, the Knowledge Manager will create and maintain virtual communities of interest to enable collaboration among ODNI and its partners. This includes sharing lessons learned, best practices, and tracking metrics to assess progress against various programs and policies. The candidate will also develop simulations and exercises to test database readiness and communication channels, continuously identifying opportunities to improve information exchanges across systems and between the government and private sectors. Maintaining an ODNI-wide repository for instructions, Internal Process Documents (IPDs), and policy memoranda is also part of the role, along with building data repositories that generate visualizations to support analysis, reporting, and briefings.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Top Secret/SCI security clearance with CI Polygraph.
  • Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of relevant experience.
