About the position

The Knowledge Manager at Amyx, Inc. will support the Intel client in St. Louis by designing, building, implementing, and maintaining a knowledge management framework. This role focuses on providing end-users access to the organization's intellectual capital and promoting knowledge sharing among information owners and users within the agency's operational processes and systems, particularly within the Chief Information Security Officer's cyber security integration division.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, implement, and maintain a knowledge management framework for end-users.
• Support government staff in promoting knowledge sharing between information owners and users.
• Work with the Chief Information Security Officer's cyber security integration division.
• Utilize supported technologies such as Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office.

Requirements

• Ability to match appropriate knowledge repository technology for applications and environments.
• Skilled in administrative planning activities at high governmental levels, including managing correspondence and staffing procedures.
• Must have an active DoD 8570 IAM Level 2 and 8140 Advanced certification.
• Must have an active TS/SCI clearance.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of use cases related to collaboration and content synchronization across platforms (Mobile, PC, Cloud).
• Knowledge of data mining techniques.
• Familiarization with software development techniques and processes.
• Familiarization with Risk Management Framework (RMF).
