About the position

The Knowledge Manager at Calhoun International is responsible for providing comprehensive intelligence and administrative support to analysts. This role involves managing databases, monitoring intelligence, and facilitating information sharing among analysts and organizations to enhance analytic production. The position requires collaboration across various DIA facilities in the National Capital Region, ensuring effective training and alignment of processes and technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide a full range of intelligence and administrative support to assist analysts.
• Build and maintain databases.
• Monitor intelligence and manage organizational distribution lists, shared groups/calendars, and shared drives.
• Produce metrics, graphics, and briefings to support production management and mission management functions.
• Assist the organization with aligning processes and technology to enable information sharing among analysts and organizations.
• Provide training on various analytic tools as needed.

Requirements

• Senior-level: Master's degree or bachelor's degree with an additional 5 years of related senior experience, totaling 17 years as a substitute for the master's degree.
• Senior-level: Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category, with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
• Mid-level: Bachelor's degree in a related area from an accredited college or university.
• Mid-level: At least 8 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category, with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
• Active DoD security clearance requirements apply to this position.
