About the position

The Knowledge Manager at Leidos will support the Defense Combating Terrorism Office for an Intelligence agency, ensuring mission needs are met and enhancing the functionality of capabilities and services for customers. This role involves aligning processes and technology for effective information sharing, managing knowledge management capabilities, and providing expertise in intelligence production related to transnational terrorism.

Responsibilities

• Assist aligning processes and technology to enable information sharing by analysts and organizations for analytic production.
• Use centralized and peripheral databases, content management, records management systems and shape workflow and processes.
• Compile reports on performance and usage metrics and future requirements for existing knowledge management capabilities.
• Disseminate intelligence products across separate networks and portals.
• Deliver expertise regarding intelligence production in support of Agency and Joint Staff planning primarily regarding transnational terrorism.
• Demonstrate ability to utilize military matrix-planning techniques, mission analysis, and resource analytics.
• Demonstrate comprehension of logistics management support, information disclosure support, and staffing procedures.
• Support the coordination and consolidation of divisional inputs for the review and updates.
• Support the management of analytic and collections requirements and structure the review for enterprise-wide coordination.
• Demonstrate ability to conduct systems and resource analysis, leading teams in researching multifaceted or critical problems.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) with Polygraph security clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree and 8 to 12 years of Department of Defense (DoD) and/or Intelligence Community (IC) Knowledge Management experience or Master's with 6 to 10 years of experience.
