About the position

The Knowledge Manager at DarkStar Intelligence will support a federal government client by developing, managing, and maintaining knowledge management systems. This role is crucial for enhancing information sharing and collaboration among various stakeholders, including intelligence community partners. The position requires a current TS/SCI clearance and involves training users, integrating information, and continuously improving knowledge management processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, update, and maintain KM systems such as SharePoint sites and databases.
• Advise the Government on the best utilization of KM tools.
• Train system users and provide user guides as needed.
• Integrate information with other databases as required.
• Utilize automated tools and visualizations to facilitate user access to information.
• Create and maintain virtual communities of interest for collaboration and information sharing.
• Develop simulations and exercises to test database readiness and communication channels.
• Identify opportunities to improve information exchanges across systems and sectors.
• Maintain and update an ODNI-wide repository for instructions and policy documents.
• Build data repositories that generate visualizations for analysis and reporting.

Requirements

• Current Top Secret/SCI clearance
• Current CI Polygraph
• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field
• Experience with SharePoint is required
