About the position

Amentum is seeking a highly motivated Knowledge Manager to support the Program Executive Office Integrated Warfare Systems (PEO IWS). The role involves managing the knowledge management program, developing and implementing processes, and providing training to personnel. Additionally, the candidate will act as a SharePoint Architect, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining SharePoint solutions tailored to the needs of PEO IWS personnel.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing knowledge management processes and procedures to ensure that PEO IWS personnel have access to the information they need to perform their jobs effectively
  • Providing guidance and training to PEO IWS personnel on knowledge management best practices
  • Serving as the SharePoint Architect responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of SharePoint sites and solutions for PEO IWS
  • Working closely with PEO IWS personnel to understand their requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs
  • Providing technical expertise in the design and development of SharePoint sites and solutions
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SharePoint sites and solutions
  • Developing and maintaining documentation related to SharePoint sites and solutions
  • Ensuring that SharePoint sites and solutions are secure and compliant with all relevant policies and regulations
  • Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in knowledge management and SharePoint development

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in knowledge management and SharePoint development
  • Must have an Active Secret security clearance
  • Experience with SharePoint Online and Office 365
  • Strong knowledge of SharePoint architecture and development best practices
  • Experience with developing and implementing knowledge management processes and procedures
  • Experience with training and providing guidance on knowledge management best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Position is designated as a Cyber IT/Cybersecurity Workforce position, and requires certification for [431 - Knowledge Manager] - Advanced
