About the position

The Knowledge Manager position at Semper Valens Solutions involves overseeing the management of knowledge and information within the Joint Regional Security Stack (JRSS) team, supporting the 26th Network Operations Squadron (26NOS). This role requires a unique skill set to ensure the effective operation of an enterprise DoD environment, focusing on data collection, storage, and management tools, as well as interagency agreements to maximize service availability.

Responsibilities

• Utilize SharePoint and IT Service Management Tools to manage knowledge effectively.
• Draft, review, and coordinate interagency agreements (e.g., MOU, MOA, SLA) to ensure service availability.
• Review recurring documents for the unit to maintain compliance and accuracy.
• Design, develop, and analyze data collection, storage, and management tools.
• Apply quantitative and qualitative data collection methodologies to support mission objectives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience utilizing SharePoint and IT Service Management Tools.
• Experience in drafting and coordinating interagency agreements.
• Knowledge in reviewing recurring documents for compliance.
• Experience in designing and analyzing data management tools.
• Practical knowledge of mission and work to develop learning and performance solutions.
