About the position

BTS Software Solutions is seeking a Knowledge Manager to support G2X operations in Columbia, MD. The role involves managing knowledge resources and ensuring effective information sharing within the organization, particularly in the context of intelligence analysis and operations.

Responsibilities

• Support G2X operations by managing knowledge resources.
• Facilitate effective information sharing and collaboration within the team.
• Utilize SharePoint and other tools for records management and metadata organization.
• Conduct intelligence analysis and provide insights based on data.
• Ensure compliance with security protocols and manage sensitive information.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of intelligence analysis experience.
• TS/SCI clearance with willingness to take a Counterintelligence Polygraph.
• Knowledge and experience in SharePoint 2010/2013 and SharePoint Designer 2010/2013.
• Proficiency in Java, VISIO, KML, and visualization tools.
• Strong understanding of collaborative environments, records management, and metadata.
• Familiarity with Intelligence Community analyst tools and Army structure.
