The Leidos National Security Sector is seeking a Knowledge Manager to support a U.S. federal government intelligence agency. This role is pivotal in aligning processes and technology to facilitate information sharing, ultimately enhancing the production of high-quality Defense finished intelligence. The Knowledge Manager will be responsible for employing centralized and peripheral databases, content management, and records management systems to shape government workflows and processes. This position requires a keen attention to detail and professionalism, as the successful candidate will be motivated to support the warfighter in a dynamic and evolving security landscape. In this role, the Knowledge Manager will track performance and usage metrics, as well as future requirements for existing capabilities related to data search, discovery, storage, and retrieval. The position also involves enabling information sharing among analysts and organizations by analyzing and shaping workflows and processes. Ensuring the proper security protocols are in place to protect classified, proprietary, and personally identifiable information is a critical aspect of this role. Additionally, the Knowledge Manager will provide analytics, dashboarding, and reporting on performance and usage metrics to inform decision-making and improve operational efficiency. This position is contingent upon contract award and requires an active Top Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI with Polygraph. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of eight years of relevant experience in database management, with a portion of that experience occurring within the last two years. The role demands a strong understanding of database management best practices, including backup, restoration, and maintenance, as well as the ability to monitor database efficiency and enforce approved controls and standards. The Knowledge Manager will also need to demonstrate proficiency in communicating complex issues clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, while being able to recognize and resolve inconsistencies in information.
