About the position

Parsons is seeking a Knowledge Manager to enhance content development and management, train users on data management practices, and standardize content within SharePoint websites. This role is crucial for ensuring compliance with records management policies and optimizing search functionalities.

Responsibilities

• Manage, standardize, develop, and maintain SharePoint Design websites for cohesive functionality across the command.
• Create endpoints in SharePoint and Microsoft Office 365 using Power Automate, collaborating with developers for content visualization.
• Train users on data management and records management practices according to command policies.
• Organize and standardize directorate content within SharePoint, ensuring proper tagging for optimized search and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical/scientific discipline.
• 3 years of experience managing organizational level information.
• Active Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI government clearance.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of computer networking concepts and protocols, and network security methodologies.
• Experience in managing indexing/cataloguing, storage, and access of organizational knowledge.
• Understanding of Personally Identifiable Information (PII) data security standards.
• Familiarity with information classification programs and procedures for information compromise.
