About the position

Parsons is seeking a Knowledge Manager to enhance content development and management within the organization. This role focuses on training users in data management practices, organizing SharePoint content, and ensuring compliance with records management policies. The Knowledge Manager will play a crucial role in standardizing and maintaining SharePoint Design websites, facilitating access to organizational knowledge, and optimizing search functionalities.

Responsibilities

• Management, standardization, development, and maintenance of SharePoint Design websites.
• Creating endpoints in SharePoint and Microsoft Office 365 using Power Automate.
• Training users on data management and records management practices.
• Organizing and standardizing directorate content within SharePoint websites.
• Ensuring proper tagging for optimized search and records management compliance.

Requirements

• Skill in management technologies.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical/scientific discipline.
• 3 years of experience managing organizational level information.
• Active Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI government clearance.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of computer networking concepts and protocols.
• Experience in managing indexing/cataloguing, storage, and access of organizational knowledge.
• Knowledge of Personally Identifiable Information (PII) data security standards.
• Familiarity with information classification programs and procedures for information compromise.
