About the position

Nightwing is seeking a Knowledge Manager to support a global data management project. This role will support the creation of the project strategy and goals by fostering and maintaining a culture of knowledge sharing, leveraging data/content, and driving business improvement. The Knowledge Manager will harness relationships between people, processes, and technology to create, apply, organize, and transfer knowledge, experience, and expertise to support organizational learning and collaboration. The ideal candidate will possess business management experience and a proven track record in applying creative problem-solving, design thinking, disruptive innovation, process management/design, benchmarking, Lean Six Sigma, and Kaizen principles to programs of similar size and scope. In this position, the Knowledge Manager will analyze, innovate, and maintain conventional office work systems and business processes using Microsoft Office and other authorized software solutions. They will establish ad hoc and standard reports to stimulate analytics and data that affect decisions, define and gather business needs, and apply performance management/measurement, strategic planning, research, and analysis, change management, and behavioral science concepts. The role requires a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or 8 years of experience without a degree. This position is contingent upon funding, customer approval, and successful TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance crossover.

Responsibilities

  • Support the creation of project strategy and goals for global data management.
  • Foster and maintain a culture of knowledge sharing within the organization.
  • Leverage data and content to drive business improvement initiatives.
  • Analyze and innovate conventional office work systems and business processes.
  • Establish ad hoc and standard reports to stimulate analytics and data affecting decisions.
  • Define and gather business needs to support project objectives.
  • Apply performance management and measurement techniques to enhance project outcomes.
  • Engage in strategic planning, research, and analysis to inform decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of relevant experience in knowledge management or related fields, or 8 years of experience without a degree.
  • Experience in business management and applying creative problem-solving techniques.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other authorized software solutions for office work systems.
  • Knowledge of Organizational Behavior, Organization Development, or Organization Management.
  • Experience in performance management, strategic planning, and change management.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen methodologies.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity and intelligence operations.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
