About the position

The Knowledge Program Manager SME will support Cyber Security operational processes by designing, managing, and improving knowledge bases in ServiceNow and Microsoft SharePoint. This role involves training others on knowledge base tools, enhancing the organization's knowledge management practices, and effectively communicating complex information to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support the government in designing, managing, and continually improving knowledge bases in ServiceNow and Microsoft SharePoint.
• Train others on the use of knowledge base tools and explain the knowledge management process.
• Improve the organization's management of knowledge to ensure operational effectiveness.
• Present complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years demonstrated experience in designing, building, and evolving knowledge bases.
• Experience in implementing new knowledge management lifecycle processes.
• Experience in ServiceNow and SharePoint.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders.
