About the position

AMDEX is seeking a Knowledge Program Manager Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support Cyber Security operational processes. This role involves designing, managing, and continually improving knowledge bases within ServiceNow and Microsoft Point. The Knowledge Program Manager will be responsible for training others on the use of knowledge base tools and explaining the knowledge management process to ensure that the organization effectively manages its knowledge resources. The position requires the ability to present complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring that the Information Operations Division (IOD) operates effectively and efficiently. The Knowledge Program Manager will play a critical role in enhancing the organization's knowledge management practices, which are essential for operational effectiveness. This includes collaborating with various stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implementing new knowledge management lifecycle processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in knowledge management, particularly in designing and evolving knowledge bases, and will be adept at fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Design and manage knowledge bases in ServiceNow and Microsoft Point.
  • Train team members on the use of knowledge base tools and the knowledge management process.
  • Continuously improve the organization's knowledge management practices to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Present complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement improvements in knowledge management.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience in designing, building, and evolving knowledge bases.
  • Experience implementing new knowledge management lifecycle processes.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow and Microsoft Point.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
