About the position

As the Knowledge Senior Director of the Risk & Compliance Practice Area, you will lead the global Risk & Compliance Knowledge Team, shaping strategic priorities and driving the execution of knowledge assets and services. This role involves ensuring alignment with client needs, fostering innovation, and being accountable for team performance and customer satisfaction. You will also have opportunities to contribute to global initiatives and participate in career development decisions across the Knowledge Team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global Risk & Compliance Knowledge Team and drive strategy execution.
• Shape strategic priorities for the Risk & Compliance Practice Area.
• Ensure alignment of knowledge business and strategy with client needs.
• Foster innovation of new and expanded knowledge offerings.
• Accountable for performance, growth, and development of the Knowledge Team.
• Manage customer satisfaction and team satisfaction KPIs.
• Contribute to or lead global Knowledge Team initiatives beyond Risk & Compliance.
• Participate in global Career Development Committees for promotions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of consulting experience in relevant risk and compliance required; candidates with consulting experience preferred.
• In lieu of consulting experience, 10+ years minimum industry experience required; 14+ years of industry experience strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of team leadership experience required (line management experience preferred).
• Bachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred).
• Expertise in relevant risk and compliance topics.
• Fluency in English; other languages requested in certain locations.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
