Responsibilities
- Full childcare for an active and happy boy, providing a warm, stimulating, and loving environment.
- Creating a daily routine with structure that promotes independence and self-sufficiency using love and positive reinforcement.
- Coordinating schedules for meals, activities, learning time, and outdoor activities.
- Helping with child-related meal preparation and dishes.
- Managing the tidiness and organization of the child's spaces and belongings.
- Child-related laundry.
Requirements
- Educational background in Child Development, ECE, or related field is a major plus.
- Highly educated and knowledgeable about child development.
- Engaging and creative with activities that do not include screentime.
- Proactive, excellent communicator, and takes initiative in researching new learning activities.
- Loves the outdoors and keeps the child active.
- Knowledgeable of all developmental milestones.
- Energetic and experienced in caring for elementary-aged children.
- Ability to implement structure, routine, and manners.
- Long-term, positive, and verifiable references.
- Comfortable being a full-charge nanny.
- Sophisticated, warm, and easy to be around.
- Ability to read the room and possess high emotional intelligence (EQ).
- Open communication skills and conflict resolution abilities.
- Dog friendly.
- COVID vaccinated and CPR certified.
- Clean driving record and current driving license.
