Come grow with us! Crowe Healthcare Consulting is now Kodiak Solutions! This role is with Kodiak Solutions, Crowe's Healthcare Consulting business that is now its own standalone company. At Kodiak, you have the opportunity to deliver innovative solutions to today's complex business issues facing the Healthcare industry. Kodiak personnel are widely recognized for their in-depth Healthcare expertise and application of data and technology to simplify the business of Healthcare for thousands of hospitals nationwide. This position requires a strong understanding of business processes and operations, as well as the willingness to adapt and excel in a dynamic business environment. The Business Operations Coordinator will be asked to efficiently coordinate multiple interconnected business processes, including sales pipeline tracking, professional service contract drafting, and internal resource coordination. The Business Operations Coordinator should be a problem solver who can work with internal stakeholders at multiple levels in the organization to understand project goals and objectives and determine the best approach for task completion. Strength in working with technology systems is a must, as well as the ability to work independently and with an analytical mindset. The ability to thrive in a changing environment is essential as Kodiak Solutions is a new company learning to stand on its own after a divestiture from Crowe LLP.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate multiple interconnected business processes including sales pipeline tracking and professional service contract drafting.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to understand project goals and objectives.
  • Determine the best approach for task completion based on project requirements.
  • Maintain organization and efficiency in managing multiple in-flight efforts.
  • Utilize technology systems effectively to support business operations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience working in professional services.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a fast-paced, problem-solving environment.
  • Highly organized with excellent work management and time management skills.
  • Proven process-focused mindset and ability to maintain multiple in-flight efforts at once.
  • Acute attention to detail.
  • Quick learner with the ability to become independently productive after an initial training period.
  • Must be great with numbers and Excel; accounting or financial background is a plus.
  • Previous exposure to general project management concepts.
  • Previous experience working with professional services contracts, statements of work, or engagement letters is a plus.
  • Must have a solid reputation and references with previous clients, contacts, partners, etc.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools and software.
