About the position

The Kofax Business Analyst (ECM) role is focused on leveraging expertise in Total Agility and Kofax OCR to enhance imaging solutions and streamline business transaction processes. The position requires a deep understanding of the paper trail involved in banking transactions and the maker-checker concept, ensuring efficient approval workflows.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Total Agility version 7.6 or higher.
• Serve as an SME in Kofax OCR, specifically Kofax Transformation Modules version 6.4 or higher.
• Analyze and improve imaging solutions related to business transactions.
• Understand and document the paper trail involved in banking processes.
• Implement and support the maker-checker concept in transaction approvals.

Requirements

• 7 years of experience in business analysis with a focus on Kofax and Total Agility.
• Proven expertise in Total Agility and Kofax OCR technologies.
• 4-8 years of experience in Kofax Total Agility (KTA).
• Strong understanding of imaging solutions and banking transaction processes.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with capture upgrade to Total Agility.
• Basic knowledge of .Net programming.
• Familiarity with MS SQL and SQL commands.
