About the position

Kona Ice of Hopkinsville/Clarksville is seeking a dynamic and cheerful individual to join our team as a Kona Coordinator for Operations. This role is essential in managing all aspects of our Kona equipment, including trucks and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be a multitasker who is detail-oriented and customer service-driven, capable of building lasting relationships with our customers. The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure that all Kona equipment is maintained, cleaned, and properly stocked for daily events. This includes overseeing the receiving and handling activities within the warehouse, ensuring that quality standards are met, and being responsible for the maintenance, repair, inventory, transportation, storage, and cleaning of all equipment. Additionally, the Kona Coordinator will ensure that trucks are available for each event, contributing to the overall success of our operations. In this role, you will be responsible for directing, coordinating, and planning work activities to ensure that all Kona Ice equipment is ready for service. You will maintain weekly inventory to monitor all production supplies, including cups, spoons, napkins, sugar, flavor, ice, and gifts. Communication with the Kona Coordinator for Administration is crucial to ensure that inventory needs are met in a timely manner. You will also run errands as needed to facilitate operations, assist with training and evaluating team members, and track service and maintenance of equipment. Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment is a priority, and you will be expected to establish and enforce standards and procedures. This role may also involve performing minor repairs and cleaning the office and warehouse as needed, as well as assisting with events during busy times. Responsibilities

• Directing, coordinating and planning work activities to ensure all Kona Ice equipment is cleaned, maintained and properly stocked for daily events
• Ensure operation of equipment through daily evaluation and upkeep
• Maintain weekly inventory to monitor all Kona Ice production supplies to include cups, spoons, napkins, sugar, flavor, ice, gifts, etc and parts
• Communicate inventory needs to Kona Coordinator for Administration to allow adequate time for the order and delivery of necessary supplies
• Run errands as needed to facilitate the operations of Kona Ice to include purchasing needed supplies, tools, parts, etc
• Review weekly event schedule to ensure all needed equipment is in service for upcoming events
• Assist Owner with training, coaching and evaluating Team Members on equipment and troubleshooting
• Track service of equipment and conduct equipment maintenance on regularly scheduled basis, to be performed on all Kona equipment
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards and procedures
• Performing equipment maintenance and minor repairs including taking trucks to offsite locations for repairs
• Office and warehouse cleaning as needed
• Assisting with events as needed, especially during busy event times
• Other duties as assigned by the Owner of Kona Ice of Hopkinsville/Clarksville

Requirements

• Highly organized and detail oriented

• Available nights and weekends if needed
• Experience preferred
• Valid drivers license with good driving record
