About the position

The Korean/English Bilingual Financial Analyst will play a crucial role in managing financial activities at a manufacturing plant in Ohio. This position involves handling large amounts of data, providing financial reporting, and acting as a business partner to support management in financial decision-making. The ideal candidate will be comfortable multitasking and collaborating with various departments and international teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track all accounting and finance activities at a manufacturing plant.
• Monitor overall costs operations within the plant including A/P, A/R, cash flow, and banking.
• Support management team with budget planning and financial decisions.
• Ensure accurate filing of financial transactions, journal entries, and vendor payments, and improve maintenance of the financial system.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes.
• Coordinate internal financial audits and taxation processes.
• Prepare budgets according to schedule by forecasting, analyzing, and collecting cost-saving plans.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and internal financial policies to prevent discrepancies in records.
• Collaborate with senior management to formulate the company's business plan and attend corporate meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of accounting and finance audit experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Business-level proficiency in Korean and English is a must.
• Excellent communication skills (speaking, writing, reading, listening) and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented and analytical mindset.
• Ability to work responsibly, effectively, and independently when needed.
• Leadership and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
