About The Position
The KP Mentor position at Kinetic Potential (KP) is designed to provide onsite support for individuals with disabilities and youth participating in KP's K12 and Community Supports Program. This role focuses on developing positive mentoring relationships and fostering a team-based environment to motivate participants towards achieving their career goals. KP Mentors will engage in various administrative and supportive tasks to ensure the successful implementation of KP's programs, contributing to the organization's mission of community development and workforce training.
