The Kumon Grader and Teaching Assistant position involves grading students' class and homework while teaching Math and Reading skills to students ranging from Pre-K to 12th grade. The role requires fostering a positive study environment and utilizing the KUMON MATH/READING Method, with training provided on-site. This is a part-time, temporary role with specific working hours and days.

Responsibilities

• Grade Kumon students' class and homework.
• Teach Math and Reading skills to students.
• Utilize the KUMON MATH/READING Method in teaching.
• Build and foster a positive study environment for students.
• Assist Early Learner Assistants with Pre-K to 1st grade students.

Requirements

• Minimum of high school education or equivalent.
• Must work a minimum of 2 full class shifts per week.
• Background check required.
• Preferred experience in tutoring for at least 1 year.
