About The Position
The Instructional Designer at CAI will be responsible for coordinating and executing the design, development, and release of digital learning content, particularly for the Neurodiverse Solutions Practice. This role requires a strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices to create effective learning experiences in a fast-paced environment. The position is fully remote and aims to enhance learner engagement and knowledge retention through innovative training solutions.
