About The Position
The Instructional Designer will coordinate and execute the design, development, and release of digital learning content for CAI's business practices, including the Neurodiverse Solutions Practice. This role requires strong skills in Learning and Instructional design, utilizing adult learning principles and best practices to create impactful learning experiences in a fast-paced environment. The position is full-time and remote, focusing on enhancing learner engagement and effectiveness.
